CountUsIn supports a wide range of event types including:
Yes. Open the event on your dashboard and click Edit Event. You can update the name, date, location, description, wedding details, and menu options at any time. You can also choose to notify your guests by email whenever you save significant changes.
Your unique RSVP link is shown on the event page in your dashboard. You can copy it and share it anywhere — WhatsApp, email, social media, or a printed invite. Guests do not need a CountUsIn account to RSVP; they simply follow the link and fill in the form.
Yes. From your event page you can send email invitations directly to guests. You can type individual email addresses or choose from your saved contacts. Guests receive a personalised invitation email with your RSVP link included.
Yes. When creating or editing a wedding event, enable the Dinner Menu option. You can then add options for starters, main course, and desserts separately. Guests will be prompted to select their choices for each course when they RSVP, and their selections are stored against each guest record.
Open the event on your dashboard and scroll to the bottom of the event options. Click Delete Event and confirm. Please note this action is permanent — all RSVPs and guest data associated with the event will be removed and cannot be recovered.
Open your event on the dashboard and scroll to the RSVPs section. Each response is listed with the guest's name, email (if collected), attendance status, number of guests, meal selections (for weddings), and any notes they left. You can search by name or email to find a specific guest quickly.
Yes. Every time a guest submits an RSVP you will receive an email notification to your registered email address. The notification includes the guest's name, attendance status, number of guests, and any notes or dietary requirements they provided.
Yes. If your event collects email addresses, a guest can revisit the RSVP link and submit again using the same email address — their existing response will be updated automatically. If your event does not collect emails, guests are asked to add a distinguishing name to avoid duplicates.
Yes. In the RSVPs section of your event, each RSVP entry has a × button. Click it to remove that response. This is useful if a guest accidentally submitted twice or you need to clear a test entry.
Yes. Click Export to Excel from the RSVPs section of your event. This downloads a CSV file containing all RSVP responses including names, emails, attendance status, guest count, meal selections (starter, main, dessert), dietary requirements, and any notes. The file can be opened directly in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet application.
No. Once the event date has passed, the RSVP form is automatically disabled and guests will see a notice that the event has already taken place. This prevents stale responses from being submitted after the event.
If your event does not collect email addresses and a duplicate name is detected, the guest is prompted to add a distinguishing identifier — for example John A. Smith instead of John Smith. If they confirm they still want to submit with the same name, a number is automatically appended to keep the records separate.
Yes — CountUsIn has a free tier that lets you create events and collect RSVPs at no cost. Paid tiers are available if you need a higher RSVP limit for larger events. You only pay if your event grows beyond the free limit.
Each event has its own RSVP limit based on the tier you select at the time of creation. If you need more capacity, you can upgrade an individual event at any time from the dashboard. Payments are a one-off charge per event — there are no monthly subscriptions.
